INDIVIDUALS: Free room within 5 days from the check-in date. Cancellation with
100% penalty if the reservation is canceled more than 5 days from the arrival date. GROUPS AND TOUR OPERETOR:
Free cancellation within one month from the check date - In case of cancellation
within this deadline, a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid.In case
of cancellation within 15 days from check-in, a penalty equal to 100% of the booking amount will be paid .

From 7 September 2015 the Sassi are limited to the traffic of unauthorized vehicles.
Guests of Le Dimore dell \ u2019Idris cannot be authorized by the hotel
to transit. The ZTL is active with well-defined times from 10:00 to In this
period of time, no guest can cross the ZTL. Guests who
have an invalid pass are entitled to access the ZTL and its parking by contacting the toll-free number that will be indicated at the time of check-in. ATTENTION:
Upon
entering the Sassi, you are aware that you are entering a ZTL area (limited traffic area) and that failure to communicate the license plate may be sanctioned by the competent bodies. The structure \ u201c will pay every attention in trying to protect its entry with all adequate information and the necessary communications to the competent bodies, therefore it declines all responsibility in relation to unauthorized entries you or from any inefficiencies of the IT communication systems of the single access or from any personnel forgetfulness. Therefore any sanctions cannot be claimed against the host structure.

Our hotel has received the SECURE CLEAN HOTEL certificate and is sanitized daily at each departure and arrival, with hydrogen peroxide and silver ions. Our hotel
is a hotel widespread, the access to the rooms is autonomous and independent allows us a natural social distancing.Waiting

will be checked. each work shift each employee will be measured the temperature and whether it was equal to or higher than 37.5 \ u00b0C will
not be allowed to work. Disposable masks and gloves are provided to staff and changed frequently. The cleaning team uses new gloves for each
room to be sanitized.Hand disinfectants are always available in all common areas.We recommend
